We are prioritizing events that occur from November 1 to November 7.

For events occurring on the day of the conference (November 4), we will only accept evening events starting at 5:00 p.m. ET. All other dates are not time restricted.

• Yes, all Side Events are 18+ and 21+ if alcohol is served.
• It is the responsibility of the event host to ensure age restrictions are enforced and attendees are screened before admittance to their event

We are prioritizing single events per host.

At this time, we are only accepting in-person/live events in Boston and surrounding areas.

Yes, all events must be in Boston or surrounding areas.

As the event host, you are responsible for developing your event idea, executing it, paying for all costs associated with the event, promoting it, managing registrations, managing your event landing page/registration form, managing event communications, and any other operations or legal issues surrounding your event.

Promotion of Side Events by TechCrunch may include any of the following at TechCrunch’s sole discretion:

• Listing on the 2026 Founder Summit Side Event page
• Listing on the 2026 Founder Summit Agenda
• Listing on the 2026 Founder Summit Mobile App Agenda
• Listing in shared 2026 Founder Summit attendee emails
• Listing in shared 2026 Founder Summit articles
