Cameron England: A young entrepreneur helping others achieve growth

Malana VanTyler

Without money or connections, Cameron England dropped out of college on his own birthday to build his first agency, Pinpoint Scaling. As a young entrepreneur, he built what he describes as a successful and growing business. Now, this Grimsby-born entrepreneur teaches others how to do the same: to build real systems, use artificial intelligence (AI) where it matters, and cut whatever doesn’t work.

Diligence and ambition in business

Growing up in a single-parent home in Grimsby, money was tight. Although there weren’t any entrepreneurs around to learn from, England saw how hard his mother worked to keep them afloat. Recognizing her dedication, he resolved to learn how to build a business, even turning down an engineering apprenticeship at 16 in favor of attending college and taking courses in business.

“I spent most of the lessons in the back corner doing outreach to potential clients,” England admitted. “Then I watched a video of an agency owner, copied the model, and started my first agency, Pinpoint Scaling, in 2022. I signed my first agency client in December [and] told my family I was dropping out to go all in.”

Achieving real growth

It took two years of advertising investment and cold-calling, but England reports that Pinpoint Scaling grew significantly by mid-2024. By early 2025, England launched License & Scale to share the methods he was using to grow as a young entrepreneur in the UK. By September 2026, he says he achieved significant monthly income between these two businesses. Today, he states that he runs a team of about 50 people and operates from Dubai.

As England explains, “License & Scale is a license to the agency operating system I actually run, not a course.”

Fundamentals of license & scale

England largely teaches clients how to start an AI agency, believing that the AI agency business model can help almost anyone start a marketing agency with no experience. Effectively, it’s a way to “remove yourself from your agency,” potentially allowing trusted systems to push a business from nothing toward structured scalability.

To help others scale a marketing agency with his agency operating system, England offers three services: Launch & Land, License & Scale, and the 7 Figure Roundtable. Launch & Land is for beginners starting an agency from zero and landing their first clients, just as England did with Pinpoint Scaling. License & Scale is oriented toward existing agencies that aim to grow from $10,000 to $100,000 a month. The 7 Figure Roundtable is agency owner coaching for leaders already at $100,000 a month.

A system delivering results

Through dedication to scalability, England built a system that others can rely on to strive toward similar growth. His approach emphasizes repeatable processes, strategic use of AI, and reducing the day-to-day demands placed on agency owners. While success ultimately comes down to individual ambition, England believes that the AI-powered marketing strategies he discusses have helped many to achieve their goals.
