Outpost is building the return lane from space to accelerate the transition of industry off Earth, opening new possibilities for space-based manufacturing and logistics. Its first product – fiber optic cables that are 10x lower loss than Earth made fiber optic cables (for data centers and subsea lines).With AI adoption, the need for lower latency fiber optic networks will play a key role driving down cost and Outpost will be uniquely ready to capitalize on this opportunity. More broadly, with a development path towards multi-tonne Earth return to any spot on Earth within 60 minutes, Outpost will own the return lane from space.
