Özgür Altun

Özgür Altun joined Turkcell in 1999 as an infrastructure engineer and has since led multiple infrastructure domains at telco scale, including systems, databases, storage, cybersecurity, data centers, and public cloud. With more than 25 years of experience driving large-scale transformation initiatives across nearly every infrastructure domain, he has played a key role in shaping the technology foundation that underpins Turkcell’s growth. He now serves as Director of Infrastructure at Turkcell, supporting the company’s telco, digital services, fintech, public and private cloud, and AI businesses, with a focus on building resilient, scalable, and efficient infrastructure for the AI era.
