I build AI ecosystems and strategic partnerships that connect emerging technologies with real-world market opportunities. At Phison, I lead North American AI ecosystem development to drive private and on-premises AI adoption across ISVs, system integrators, OEM/platform partners, and enterprise solution providers. My work spans the complete partnership lifecycle—from identifying high-value AI software and infrastructure partners to leading joint solution development, technical validation, and go-to-market strategies. I collaborate closely with open-source communities and industry leaders, including Intel and Dell, to advance platform enablement and open new routes to market across the AI PC and enterprise AI landscapes. Previously, I shaped Phison’s global market presence by directing major industry programs such as GTC, CloudFest, and Supercomputing (SC). Prior to Phison, I served as Marketing & Communication Manager at ITRI, where I received the ITRI Elite Award. I hold an M.Sc. in Management from the University of Bath (UK) and a degree from National Tsing Hua University, Taiwan.
