Melisa Tokmak is the Founder and CEO of Netic, an AI startup transforming essential service industries like HVAC, plumbing, and electrical work. Before founding Netic, she led enterprise and government business units at Scale AI, where she helped deploy large-scale AI systems across critical sectors. A Stanford University computer science graduate, Tokmak was born and raised in a small village in Turkey and has built her career around bridging human expertise with intelligent automation. Under her leadership, Netic has raised $20 million to build an AI “revenue engine” that helps service providers operate faster, smarter, and more efficiently across America.
