Dr. Maha Achour

Dr. Maha Achour is the Co-Founder and CEO of Kodamai, building the formally verified governance layer that lets enterprises deploy autonomous AI agents with provable correctness. She is recognized on Forbes’ 50/50 Vision list for her expertise in deep technology, with over 30 years building and scaling deep-tech startups across sustainability, autonomous mobility, and AI. Before Kodamai, Maha founded and led Metawave, commercializing advanced sensor and metamaterial technologies for autonomous mobility and wireless communications. Her research legacy runs deep: a theoretical physics paper she published in 1989 was referenced in a 2026 Nature feature on cracking the brain’s physical neural network — underscoring the lasting relevance of her scientific contributions decades later. Her rare combination of deep mathematical and scientific modeling expertise with commercial instinct has repeatedly turned frontier deep-tech research into products enterprises actually buy.
