Jake Lee is a Managing Director with L2 Point, an investment firm focused on flexible capital for late-stage growth companies. As an experienced investor with an extensive background in M&A and capital markets, Jake works closely with companies to find the right capital structure for their next leg of growth. His prior employers include Explorer Acquisitions, Credit Suisse, and Oliver Wyman. He also served in the Republic of Korea Air Force, where he was honorably discharged as staff sergeant. Jake graduated from Yonsei University with a B.A. in Business Administration and received an M.B.A. from the MIT Sloan School of Management.
