With over 15 years of experience in education, business, and public administration, I am dedicated to fostering innovation and entrepreneurship across borders. As a Visiting Scholar at UC Berkeley College of Engineering and Business Director at ITRI, I bridge Taiwan and Silicon Valley’s startup ecosystems. I specialize in program development, research, mentoring, and facilitating internships, having successfully guided over 50 startups. My work has helped startups secure funding and enter the U.S. market while advancing policies and initiatives to accelerate entrepreneurship growth in Taiwan and globally.
