Drew Boyles

Drew Boyles is an entrepreneur and civic leader. As founder and CEO of Endless Pursuit Corporation, he has spent more than two decades acquiring, building, and operating businesses, completing more than 30 acquisitions across industries including solid waste, hazardous waste, logistics, and related services. Boyles has served on the El Segundo City Council since 2016, including six years as Mayor from 2018 to 2024. His work on the city’s economic development strategy began years earlier as chair of its Economic Development Advisory Council. Beginning in 2012, Boyles and other civic and business leaders set out to more deliberately tell El Segundo’s story and strengthen its entrepreneurial ecosystem. Building on the city’s extraordinary aerospace and defense heritage, those efforts included the “Most Important 5 Square Miles” campaign, early engagement with the venture community, and helping bring organizations such as Starburst Accelerator to El Segundo. That sustained focus on economic development, responsive government, and consistent storytelling helped position El Segundo as a destination for founders, technology companies, aerospace and defense innovators, and investors. Boyles holds an MBA in Finance from USC and brings an operator’s perspective to entrepreneurship, economic development, and public service.
