Dr. Alessandro Stabile
CEO, Magma Space
Dr. Alessandro Stabile holds a Ph.D. in Space Mechanism Engineering from the University of Surrey, UK, and brings over 13 years of experience in spacecraft mechanisms and control. Building on his PhD research, he founded Magma Space in 2020 to develop next-generation spacecraft motion systems — a venture that has since gained attention from NASA and the U.S. Department of Defense. Today, as CEO of Magma Space, Dr. Stabile leads the company’s technical reviews and drives its overall vision to make satellites smarter, more autonomous, and capable of self-directed operation in orbit.
