Anu Bharadwaj

Anu Bharadwaj is a Partner at ICONIQ. She was most recently President of Atlassian, a leading collaboration software company serving millions of teams worldwide. Over her decade at Atlassian — spanning roles across product and operations, including COO — she helped scale revenue from $200M to $5B+ and grow the customer base 10x to over 300K. Prior to Atlassian, Anu held various leadership roles at Microsoft, where she was instrumental in building the developer tools business. She serves on the board of Toast Inc. and previously served on the board of OutSystems Technologies. Anu has deep expertise in product, distribution, operations, corporate development, and strategic partnerships. She is also a sought-after keynote speaker on software development, company building, and community creation, and has served as chairperson of the Atlassian Foundation, with ongoing involvement in nonprofits focused on education for underserved communities. Anu holds a B.Tech in Computer Science from RV College of Engineering.
